POSITION SUMMARY

Inbound/Outbound Queue Care Management Associate position where you'll be based on a queue phone that incorporates a multi-functional mix of tasks that are both on the queue and off the queue work. This position will be receiving inbound calls, and also making outbound calls to providers and members.

Fundamental Components include, but is not limited:

Office setting on a phone queue. Must love phone customer service and have a clear phone presentation. Candidate must have good computer skills and be able to work until 9pm.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

2-4 years experience in customer service; DesiredSome call center experience; Desired1-3 years experience in a medical setting; Preferred Microsoft Office and Computer Comfort; Strong Preference Motivational interviewing; Preference1-3 years administrative experience; Strong Preference

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

Customer Service/Associate Customer Service Specialist is desired
