Responsible for providing direction for the client services and provider network teams of a business unit. Accountable for driving and achieving defined business unit goals and objectives.

Fundamental Components:

Provides leadership and strategies for the client services and provider network teams for the business unit.

Drives direct relationships at various levels within existing clients to ensure retention and growth.

Supports internal staff such as local sales, account management, clinical staff, etc. for product offering and training.

Supports the national and local sales efforts of new clients by participating in the sales process, including responses to RFPs, presentations, and implementation.

Collaborates with Operations and other departments to resolve services, improve service levels, and maximize client satisfaction.


5+ years industry sales/account management experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Strong decision-making, analytical and organizational skills.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
