Strong clinical/technical training knowledge of the function being trained. Excellent platform skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization. Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design. This is a work-from-home position.
Deliver training sessions to new hires and existing staff that successfully transfers learning from the classroom back to the job in order to facilitate appropriate delivery of benefits and/or health information. Requires an RN with unrestricted active license. This position will train work flows, processes, desktops, policies and systems.
Must have quality management background experience including but not limited; NCQA, HEDIS, Gaps in Care, potential quality of care, potential quality of service, quality performance metrics and reporting.
Additionally, this position will have the opportunity to train case and utilization management.
The minimum level of education required for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Nursing/Board of Nursing (Any State) is required
Quality Management/Total Quality Management Certification is desired
Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement Associate Certification (CQIA) is desired

This position can reside in any state in the USA. If the employee is located in New Albany, OH, Phoenix, AZ or Hartford CT - the position may be in office based the distance from their home to the office.
