Manage new Premium Waiver claims and ongoing liability for claims

Strong Risk Management skills and ability to partner with clinical and disability organization

Fundamental Components:

Review and manage new Premium Waiver claims and ongoing liability for claims

Strong Risk Management skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to partner with disability and clinical organization


1-3 years Disability claim management experience

Knowledge of Unfair Claim Settlement Practices Act, ERISA, ADA, and federal, state and local regulations affecting claim investigation, disability decisions, claim payment, taxation and reporting requirements.

Experience performing multiple calculations with a high degree of accuracy, and working in a multi-system (mainframe and Windows)


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
