This position is a 5 day position- Sun-Thurs 1:30-10pmEST
In the Clinical Counselor position you will be responsible for provision of telephone-based consultation, counseling and informational services to members. Provides one-time, ongoing counseling, outreach follow up, and/or lifestyle management services, leveraging the outcomes tools in support of optimal care. Must hold a clinical license in their state.
Fundamental Components include, but is not limited to:
Member Support Counseling Informational Services Team member support.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ Licensed Professional Counselor/ Marriage & Family Therapist License; Required
3-5 years or more experience in facilitating client positive behavioral change; Required
Strong computer & literacy skills. Bilingual applicants preferred
Crisis intervention skills.
Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
3-5 years of EAP, BH or Social Services experience; Preferred
3-5 years or more experience in handling mental health and psychiatric issues, family situations;Required
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.

Mental Health/Licensed Clinical Social Worker is required
Mental Health/Licensed Professional Counselor is required
Mental Health/Marriage & Family Therapist is required
Functional - Clinical / Medical/Direct patient care (hospital, private practice)/1-3 Years
Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook/1-3 Years/Power User
Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Explorer/1-3 Years/Power User

EAP reimburses clinical staff license renewal yearly fees and we reimburse up to $300 a year in CEU's.
