Entry level position in the financial organization that conducts member eligibility verifications within the Medicare Risk Adjustment Team.Makes outreach calls to other insurance carriers to get member coordination of benefits information.

Fundamental Components:

  • Gathers and compiles information for data entry and record submission to CMS.

  • Follows established schedules, CMS calendars, reporting and requirements.

  • Properly documents work.

  • Heavy telephone use.

  • Makes decisions with guidance.

  • Maintains assigned financial reports.


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.

  • 0-2 years accounting/financial experience or related fields.

  • Experience with MS Excel and MS Access


    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

    This position is on the Revenue Reconciliation team in the Medicare Risk Adjustment department which is charged with the responsibility of ensuring the accuracy of member COB information for CMS payments.This position will be heavy in telephone use as well as data entry. This position will require the use of Microsoft Access forms as well as Microsoft Excel. The successful candidate should have experience with outbound telephone calls and some experience working within Microsoft Access forms as well as other data entry systems.
