POSITION SUMMARY

Aetna is taking on a major initiative to redesign and rebuild many of its customer facing digital assets. This effort will include a completely new approach to building software within Aetna, using the latest design approaches, technologies, and processes. Aetna Digital, a newly formed startup like business unit within Aetna, will design, build and deliver a completely new digital experience for our users.

Consumer Health & Services is a newly formed division of Aetna with the ambition to build the leading health services franchise in the world, based on cutting edge analytics to influence consumer and provider behavior, resulting in improved health and more efficient resource utilization.

Fundamental Components:

Aetna Digital is looking for a Director (Rewards and Apple) with experience working in a fast-paced, startup like environment. As a Director on our team, you will help manage and expand our relationship with Apple, and develop and execute a Rewards and Incentives strategy through product that is integrated into the digital eco-system. Additionally you will partner with other product managers/owners, agile managers and leadership to mature the offering and ensure it exceeds the expectations of our customers and users.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

-7+ years of experience working within product management or similar functions.

-Experience managing high value partnerships and third-party relationships required.

-Experience working with engineering and UX teams to build SAAS-based web applications and native iOS/Android is required.

-Experience with Agile/Scrum required. SAFe a plus.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
