bswift is a Chicago-based technology company that provides industry-leading benefits administration for employers and exchanges nationwide. bswift is currently seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a point of contact by answering incoming calls from various clients related to healthcare benefits, life insurance benefits, disability plans and other human resource related services.
The Customer Service Representative is directly responsible for helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by supporting our clients and their employees with our best-in-class HR software and services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Educate and advise callers on their benefits, the system, and all related processes
-Process enrollment related transactions and take ownership of issues through resolution
-Research customer requests and follow up with customers as needed
-Assist with company projects and administrative tasks
-Other projects assigned as needed.
Bachelors Degree is required
3 + years of call center customer service experience is required
Must have strong verbal and written communication; must be conversational
Extremely resourceful and able to problem solve
Ability to provide exceptional customer service consistently
Schedule flexibility is required
Must be able to display a positive attitude in a fast paced environment
The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree.
