Ensure the quality of data which enable HDMS to measure, monitor and improve quality, reliance and efficiency in our ETL and reporting applications. Requires interactions with different Line of Business with in HDMS Employer, Health Plans and Provider Organizations.
Build and improve effective quality management processes to achieve goals of the organization (*) Will require ability to multi task and monitor various clients processes and perform analysis on the QA reports. Interaction with various departments plays a key role in this position. The current system will require manual intervention and will need to perform due diligence to perform manual tasks. Monitor and identifies gaps in the Quality checks and work with various departments to improve and test the workflows to attain high efficiency and performance. Document the process change and maintain the Documentation for change control. Records and tracks defects uncovered during the execution of tests and actively participate in resolution; proposes and designs retest cases/scripts/data to retest defects; represents QA at project to discuss status, defects for responsible area, assess impacts and provide input into schedule revisions at both project and release level Participates in QA production certification tasks.
1-2 years of experience with working with healthcare data. Experience with software development lifecycles, having owned: test case development, manual/automation test scripts, test results review. This is a NON-TECHNICAL analyst role. Experience in working with Microsoft office tools, especially with an advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel and VBA/Macro scripting.
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
