POSITION SUMMARY

Provides support for sales and marketing. May independently manage midsize product enhancements. Demonstrated project management skills, with knowledge of trends in health care and application of HDMS solutions in addressing these trends.

FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENTSDevelops and conducts scenario based demonstrations of company's products and services that are relevant to health plans, providers and employers. Member of team selling complex analytic tools and engaged in consultative sales.Based on knowledge of market place, research and prospect interviews identifies possible use cases for company's products and services and creates supportive materials (demos, documents, etc.).Communicates product features and fundamental components and responds to the needs of various stakeholders.Represents product strategy in cross functional project activities. Collaborates with market segment to develop and implement plans to achieve segment product strategies.Independently manages mid-sized product enhancements. Ensures that systems are designed, developed, implemented and maintained from a product and business/customer point of view. Performs research and analysis on legislative, competitive and industry issues to recommend new products or product enhancements.Participates in idea generation and project vision session for the development of new products and product enhancements. Gathers and analyzes feedback in support of performance analysis for products and continual improvementBACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE DESIRED 5+ years related work experience.Experience working with analytics solutions or business intelligence tools is required. Excellent presentation skills is required.

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
