This is an opportunity to work as the lead technical subject matter expert on an award winning team and contribute to furthering an award winning eGRC program.
The variety of work is constant and new challenges will arise each quarter.
Members of the eGRC team lead the technical design and development of cross functional multi-use applications for the purposes of Governance Risk and Compliance throughout the enterprise. The eGRC Team supports various business units including but not limited to Audit, Compliance, Risk, Global Security, and Procurement
Leads in the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
Engage in business assessment and requirements analysis processes, for the development of Archer Applications
Analyses features such as feasibility, associated costs, time, and the compatibility of new programs with existing programs
Ensures that committed dates of delivery are adhered to
Coordinates build, enhancement, testing, implementation and documentation of application solutions
Performs complex application configuration activities including, proof of concept, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and modifying complex applications programs
Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
Mastery level of Advanced Archer Administration minimum 7 years experience of On Premise administration is desirableKnowledge of and ability to utilize the Archer framework for the development and support of applications, including but not limited to Data Feeds, Data Driven Events, Calculations, Mail merge templates, and data publication Knowledge of application testing and ability to design, plan and execute application testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality throughout all stages of application development Knowledge of application design activities, tools and techniques; ability to utilize these to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design Knowledge of and the ability to implement packaged application software and integrate it with company applications, databases and technology platforms Knowledge of project management techniques and the ability to plan, design, develop, test, implement and maintain system development life cycle segments and phases Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems Solid written and verbal communication skills Customer Centric outlook
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Computer Science/Engineering or Management of Information Systems (MIS) degree preferred.
