Aetna Middle Market Associate Account Manager in Dallas, Texas

This is an office based role in Dallas, TX.


Responsible for supporting the account management team under the direction of the director of account management for the middle market retention and growth sales to include all aspects of servicing the accounts on the book of business for the assigned market.

Fundamental Components include but are not limited to:

Claims review and providing processing knowledge, case installation set-up support, attending health fairs and providing open enrollment meetings support.


3-5 years industry or customer service experience preferably with complex accounts

An Insurance license will need to be obtained once hired

Prior background in claims processing, eligibility, and billing

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
