Candidate will work fulltime from the client location (Dallas, TX), supporting Grand Prairie Independent School district.
This is an onsite customer service position. This position will reside in the clients office and support the benefits team as well as members via telephone and in person.
Onsite Customer Service Representative
Assist members with issues telephonically
Assist members with issues in person
Assist benefits staff with communications and presentations
2 + years of customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Word, Excel and ability to learn Aetna Systems
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
Functional - Customer Service//1-3 Years
Functional - Communications//1-3 Years
Functional - Clinical / Medical//1-3 Years
