POSITION SUMMARY

SGB Account Executive to achieve success by developing and cultivating strong relationships with constituents. These constituents include producers, plan sponsors and or consumers. The goal is to achieve profitable growth and maximize sales opportunities for Small Group Consumer Business.

Fundamental Components:

Manage and build producer relationships as needed depending on the book of business for the territory.

Ensure product, pricing and services meet our client's needs while meeting Aetna Revenue growth and profit objectives.

Identify various ways to partner with client by drawing from our portfolio and the difference in a level-funded product vs. ACA product in Small Group.

Collaborate with internal and/or external constituents for cross-sell opportunities. Coordinate sales materials, testimonials and act as a subject matter expert to support the successful delivery of the presentations.

Develops, maintains and communicates expertise on products, industry and emerging marketplace trends.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

5+years of industry and sales experience depending on business segment being supported and services being sold.

College Degree or equivalent work experience

Licensure as required by the state

Sales/ Knowing Customers/ Markets

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Insurance/General Lines Agent is desired
