To manage operational goals and maximize efficiencies Position Summary/MissionSupports sales staff and management across a wide range of business disciplines, contributing to the achievement of customer satisfaction, profitable growth and earnings targets Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements · Manage a Quality Assurance program for the sales team s activity and provide agent and management level reporting on same for training and compliance purposes .Develops strong relationships with internal business partners. Analyzes competition and competitive position. Generates competitive information to sales staff and management team on IPMI market developments and prospects. Assists in development of customer sales strategies. Executes customer prospecting campaigns and monitors websites for posting of relevant RFPs. Ensures that all data is maintained in an up-to-date and accurate manner in Salesforce.com. Evaluates and proposes ways to use the tool more effectively. Generates reporting and analysis from the tool. Provides as hoc support as required by management team Become proficient in all Direst Sales systems, processes and procedures with a view to eventual progression into a Telesales Specialist role Provide ad hoc support as my be required by the management team Background/Experience DesiredSome customer facing experience preferred, comfortable working in a fast-paced, targeted environment, desire to move eventually into a direct sales role.
