POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION LOCATION; Bentonville, AR

TELEWORK SPECIFICATIONS: 2 days work in Bentonville, AR office and 3 days work at home

HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

TRAVEL: Minimal Travel-Approximately 3 times per year out of state.

Work in partnership with Aetna account teams creating a culture of continuous improvement to drive customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. Support the customer in the pursuit of effectively managing medical, population health, and pharmacy trend to ensure that the customer is realizing the maximum possible return on their investment in Aetna products and services. Serve as an expert on Aetna clinical and health promotion programs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Aetna National Accounts sales and service teams and consult with customers on identifying cost driver trends.

  • Seek to maximize clinical and financial outcomes for customer from the clinical programs, initiatives, and improvements recommended.

  • Identify and help to mitigate clinical program gaps.

  • Establish and maintain proactive relationship with customer, consultants, vendors, and other external constituents.

  • Proactively analyze and present complex clinical data to customer and consultants in a comprehensive and non-clinical format.

  • Interact with internal clinical and reporting areas to help to ensure compliance with business requirements.

  • Work with the account teams to mitigate negative outcomes that may arise due to the ever-evolving dynamics of the market and competitive landscape.

  • Deliver internal Aetna National Account team training focused on clinical programs, through the preparation and presentation of materials related to medical management.

  • Serve a s a key resource on all clinical programs.

  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of wellness solutions.

    BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

    RN license required (active and unrestricted)3-5 years clinical experience requiredExperience with Creating Presentations using Powerpoint is requiredExperience with Care Management Programs (e.g. IN TOUCH CARE) is desired.Experience with identifying and resolving complex problems and issues in a timely manner. Experience with leading meetings and collaborating with others to reach a mutual agreement.Certifications in Wellness or Case Management desired

    EDUCATION

    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

    Nursing/Registered Nurse is desired
