This role will aid in the coaching, development, and success of the call center teams. This position will work closely with the operations supervisor to achieve department goals.
-80% floor support (assisting with questions)
-20% coaching & development of agents
-Side by sides (sitting with agents and observing quality)
-coaching to behaviors and policies
-Assisting with new hire training
Customer Service experience in a transaction based environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
