Office of the Consumer Mission:
We will transform the consumer experience, create a culture of consumer advocacy, and drive improved satisfaction and retention.
We will do this through a combination of consumer-focused measures, Journey focused CX re-design, cross-functional change management, analytically targeted campaigns and enabling consumer technologies.
-Responsible for generating, quantifying and defending Consumer Experience business cases and investments.
-Works in partnership with the Office of the Consumer Program Office and across the Aetna Enterprise to understand hard and soft costs and benefits of prospective investments.
-Responsible for budget management and interfacing with Finance and Accounting and creating a tracking process for Consumer Experience budget managers (MarTech, VoC, AIS, Analytics, Data Management, Agency, etc.)
-5+ years in financial roles/experience with one or more of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, and/or risk management consulting.
-Experience with moderate scale initiatives with moderate degree of complexity. Operational experience in a relevant discipline. Designing finance business cases
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
