Data Science Analyst DUTIES:
Responsible for the design, built and management of large scale data structures, pipelines and efficient Extract/Load/Transform (ETL) workflows. Develop, validate and execute algorithms and predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns and recommend solutions. Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve moderately complex business problems utilizing advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses. Develop data structures and pipeline to organize, collect and standardize data that helps generate insights and addresses reporting needs. Use data visualization techniques to effectively communicate analytical results and support business decisions. Create and evaluate the data needs of assigned projects and assure the integrity of the data. Explore existing data and recommend additional sources of data for improvements. Document projects including objectives, data gathering and processing, detailed set of results and analytical metrics. LOCATION:

Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related. Minimum 1 year programming experience either in job offered or as Developer or Software Engineer. Must have experience creating ETL pipelines using large data sets from multiple data sources; Zeke Scheduling agent; Mainframe DB2; and Netezza Database. Experience designing and developing frameworks using Shell Scripting and Hadoop tools: Sqoop, HIVE, and PIG. Programming experience in Java and Python.
