POSITION SUMMARY

Support the annual Strategic Planning process and the ongoing Board of Directors financial update processes.

FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENTS

  • Develop and maintain financial models for the businesses to support the annual Strategic Planning process.

  • Roll up, analyze and summarize the business Strategic Plan submissions.

  • Analyze and summarize the total company Strategic Plan submission.

  • Assist in the design and preparation of packages to present the Strategic Plan to senior management.

  • Devise and prepare financial summarizes and packages for the Board of Directors.

  • Perform analysis and design exhibits to research business issues for the Board of Directors.

  • Create and design analysis and exhibits to support the Strategy Department and the Mergers and Acquisitions department.

  • Participate and/or lead special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed

    BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE DESIRED

  • 2 years finance related experience, healthcare a plus (generally required).

  • A base knowledge of Healthcare and insurance fundamentals.

  • Experience in using Excel and Hyperion.

  • Some experience with PowerPoint.

  • Desire to grow and demonstrate your abilities.

    EDUCATION

    The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
