POSITION SUMMARY

There are two positions available, one as a developer in our Infrastructure Engineering area and the other position as a Machine Learning Developer. Under general direction, the Machine Learning developer will develop models using Machine Learning, Deep Learning and other similar technologies to predict and analyze systems within our infrastructure. Developers will work on innovative and complex solutions with the use of machine learning and statistical analysis.

Fundamental Components: Infrastructure Engineering Developer:· Programming Languages: Java, JavaScript, shell scripts, python is a plus· Operating Systems: RHEL 6+ Linux and Windows· Techniques and Tools: REST, JSON, NoSQL, SQL, Maven, Git, Sonatype Nexus, Unit Test, Design Patterns

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired: Infrastructure Engineering Developer:· Scrum and Kanban experience.· Independently designs and/or codes efficient, cost effective application program solutions (develops new and/or reuses existing code through the use of program development software and/or integrates purchased solutions).· Independently performs unit testing. May perform or assist with integration and system testing, according to detailed test plans to ensure high-quality systems. May assist business partners with User Acceptance Testing.· Independently supports processes related to the implementation of systems into production, including integration of purchased solutions.· Independently works on multiple projects and/or SRs and actively participates as a member of each project team supporting an application or set of applications.· Independently works on small and large moderately complex projects that require increased skill in multiple technical environments and disciplines, that have system wide impact and that may integrate across the organization. Additional Candidate Information:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or an equivalent combination of education and experience· Team Player: Willing to teach, share knowledge, and work with others to make the team successful.· Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.· Creativity: Ability to take written and verbal requirements and come up with other innovative ideas.· Attention to detail: Systematically and accurately research future solutions and current problems.· Strong work ethic: The innate drive to do work extremely well· Passion: A drive to deliver better products and services than expected to customers.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
