The Product Manager of Marketing Technology is tasked with selection and management of a collection of platforms in our Marketing Technology Stack.
A primary focus will be on Content Management and Search technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the Aetna organization to understand, vet and enhance business requirements then design, rationalize, prioritize and commission content management and search capabilities, both technical and process oriented, to support business activities. The role will be the primary owner of the Content Management and Search strategy, business requirements and roadmap; including content management, document management, digital asset management, heuristic search and knowledge management.

We have an opening for Manager of Marketing Technology. In this role, you will report into the Director of Digital, and will be responsible for marketing technology selection, implementation, and adoption of our overall tech stack including: solutions for personalized consumer experiences, consumer data management, digital asset management, marketing analytics, enterprise community (Salesforce Chatter), API strategy, and emerging technologies. This position interfaces with multiple end user groups, including the Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE) members, marketing leadership and the technology management organization (in the US and global), working to ensure successful and timely implementation of marketing technology solutions that help drive business impact.
Bachelor s degree and minimum 5 years related experience with evidence of success and increasing levels of responsibility. Strong knowledge of business, data, and content concepts and experience driving business adoption Strong knowledge and understanding of current and future trends in content management Strong knowledge and understanding of current and future trends in heuristic search as it relates to content management Experience in wide range of ECM technologies, taxonomies for document types, metadata, entitlements, capture, storage, search and dispose. Experience working on cross business and technology ECM data projects and programs Mastery of business related ECM requirements and use cases Experience developing and implementing business in a complex technical and organizational environment Experience assessing business processes and extracting business requirements and identifying improvement opportunities
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
