This position oversees the production of critical network reporting for internal and external clients; including network adequacy and disruption for customer prospects and state network filing support.
Establishes a clear vision aligned with company values; motivates others to balance customer needs and business success
Develops, trains, evaluates, and coaches staff to provide accurate, efficient reporting and excellent customer service which ensuring operating standards, policies, and procedures are met; continually assesses individual and team performance against key business objectives and provides candid and timely developmental feedback
Track and monitor incoming request; review case information for completeness prior to submission; distribute assigned work to staff
Reviews complex cases for completeness and compliance with guidelines
Monitors, analyzes, and researches issues and trend data, with the ability to make recommendations to management
May answer questions from constituents regarding network access or disruption reporting
Knowledge of network adequacy reporting and/or disruption reports
Production environment experience
Consultative and solutions oriented
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

This position has direct ownership of our basic network story production for our customers. It is a dynamic environment that allows you to have the pulse of customer trends and concerns at your fingertips. The successful candidate will build positive relationships with our sales support and field functions, assist in the prioritization of a multi-segment department, and provide necessary feedback to our technical teams on trends and new enhancements.
