POSITION SUMMARY

Project Manager supporting MM OTS internal implementation.

FUNDAMENTAL COMPONENSTS

  • Support Middle Market Off the Shelf by ensuring our operations are performing in compliance with market expectations and remove roadblocks and develop action/remediation plans.

  • Support additional compliance initiatives by operationalizing projects that are the result of customer audits, offshoring/onshoring, and other legislative requirements.

  • Respond to requests for assistance from our Product Management teams regarding plan design issues. Identify root cause, develop action plans, and operationalize solutions.

  • Build and Maintain cross functional relationships

  • Manage Middle Market Off The Shelf governance requests against specific approval criteria, manage exception list, and work to ensure exceptions are coded.

  • Escalates issues requiring resolution on a timely basis.

  • Communicates with market teams and business partners to ensure full awareness of and compliance with Product Design & Implementation processes.

  • Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing workflows.

  • Represents Product Design & Implementation while participating in Enterprise projects and committees.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE DESIRED

2+ years related work experience.

Proven track record meeting project dates.

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Functional - Management/Management - Project management (non-IT)/4+ Years.

Functional - Sales & Service/Sales administration, support, reporting/4+ Years.

TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCES

Technical - Database/Intuit QuickBase/1+ Years/End User.

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Visio/1+ Years/End User.

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Project/1+ Years/End User.

Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft SharePoint/1+ Years/End User.
