As a member of Aetna's Digital Workspace Solutions team, you will have a unique and exciting opportunity to implement and support technologies for software delivery to a world class digital workspace for a Fortune 50 company. This position will focus on deployment and management of software delivery technologies to create efficiencies, improve user experience, manage risk and enable the business to achieve superior customer service.


Using SCCM 2012 or higher and/or similar tools, provide technical support in the evaluation, installation and monitoring of a distributed computing environment. Candidate will be expected to interface with end-user staff, management and vendors in the identification and resolution of computer system software problems. Participate in the development and maintenance of release management controls and standard installation and upgrade methodologies. Identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve efficiency, performance and overall service in the distributed computing environment. Resolve inter-product dependencies, prioritize and coordinate problem resolutions across organizations, escalating as needed.


  • Computer Science or IT degree is preferred.

  • 3+ years of work experience with SCCM.

  • Knowledge of global software distribution concepts, specifically SCCM and Microsoft Application Virtualization required.

  • Commitment to customer service and willingness to learn new products and technologies.

  • Trouble shooting skills providing Level 3 support.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server queries a plus.


The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
