POSITION SUMMARY

In the Sr. Administrative Assistant position you will provide a wide variety of administrative support for a manager, multiple managers or departments. Compose correspondence, compile & analyze data, manage calendar and is a delegate for Manager activities in eService.

Fundamental Components includes, but are not limited to:

Same components as the Sr .Administrative Assistant plus the following additional ones: Delegate for Manager Activities in eService/Captura (i.e. HR changes, Time and Attendance etc.) Collects, compiles, and analyzes data and provides summaries and observations to manager Budget coordinator: monitors, tracks, and researches Assists in preparing required budget reporting (e.g., variance, LE's) May participate in special projects Assists office facilities including space, lease, furniture, equipment, building and telephone system maintenance Involved in HR activities for the unit including; job posting, recruiting, interview process, new hire installation, office setup, annual comp process, organization hierarchy, time and attendance, etc.) Mentors less experienced administrative support staff, Backup Support for Executive Assistant, Manage All Department deadlines- Training, Compliance, HR, Etc., Assist Executive Assistant on all deliverable, Manage events for the organization

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

6 plus years administrative or technical support experience; Required Ultipro and eService knowledge; required Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; Strong Preference

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
