POSITION SUMMARY

Understand and manage the product development life cycle, product strategy and design, end-to-end impact analysis, project planning, and go-to market execution.

Fundamental Components:

  • Interact with local product managers and matrix partners to develop and operationalize new product ideas, solutions, and programs

  • Conduct end-to-end impact analysis, develop and manage project plans, and direct project team in support of product rollouts

  • Gather and analyze external and internal information used to support product business case development

  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of Aetna products/services/benefits/system capabilities

    Business Acumen

  • Interface with internal and external partners and resources to ensure robust end-to-end impact analysis and successful completion of all projects

  • Understand the business, markets supported, and industry trends and use that knowledge to execute

    BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

    3-5 years related work experience.

    EDUCATION

    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
