Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of HR transactions, HR record management activities. Analyze and resolve complex

HR Operations issues from employees, managers, and Human Resource professionals.

Fundamental Components:

Working in a centralized Human Resources department in a production based environment completing various daily tasks and assignments as well as Ad Hoc projects.

Process transactions for Human Resource which requires analyzing, calculating and entering data in HR system (UltiPro).

Prioritize workload based on internal operational, regulatory, and processing deadlines

Analyze and resolve HR related issues for employees, managers and Human Resources professionals

Effectively communicate to customers concerning processing requests

Communicate complex issues and coordinate activity with various internal constituents to ensure appropriate


Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts, which may include: projects; service improvements; building

teamwork; cross-training and fostering professionalism

Responsible for researching inquiries and processing requests from current and former employee regarding record and document retrieval and reissuing.

Accountable for retrieval and completion of personnel file requests across the enterprise including assisting legal department and HIPAA Litigation Support in responding to subpoenas and inquiries from government agencies.


Prior office/administrative experience in fast paced production oriented environment.

Ability to multi-task and prioritized based on current and anticipated workload.

Familiarity with Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices desired.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
