We are seeking a Systems Engineer Advisor to work as an Administrator for Reporting Platforms on Windows and Linux operating systems focusing on SAP BI Business Objects, Tableau, and SAS.
Perform installation, migration, configuration, maintenance, technical support and troubleshooting of Business Objects and Tableau implementations.
Participate in and contribute to the implementation of best industry practices for Business Objects and Tableau tool sets.
Perform testing of SAP and Tableau support packages and patches.
Implement patches and other day-to-day Business Objects and Tableau administration tasks.
Support changes in server configurations and troubleshooting of Business Objects SDLC environment.
Security setup in CMS, performance tuning, Windows AD experience and SSO.
Contribute to architecture, capacity planning and performance tuning activities.
Work with IT and business users to resolve support and technical questions and issues.
Provide off-hours and weekend support in an on-call rotation.

2+ year of experience in administration of Business Objects platform 4.0 or above; 4+ years of experience in administration of BI tools; 2+ years of experience in Tableau Server Administration. Experience on multi-node installation to support Crystal Reports and WebI components. Strong working admin knowledge of SAS (server and desktop). Experience in working in a Hadoop environment is a plus
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION
Working knowledge of .Net development, reports development and Linux shell scripting is a plus. Able to navigate effortlessly across multiple organizations to drive for results.
