POSITION SUMMARY

First Health regional sales director. Reports to Sales Director. Direct sales to TPA's, Health Plans, jEmployers. Includes all First Health/Cofinity network products.

License not required.

Fundamental Components:

1 New business sales of network products for First Health and Cofinity

  1. Sales from existing customer assignments.

  2. Travel required 75% plus of time

  3. Work from home possible

  4. Work closely with FH account management team

    BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

    1 Two plus years network sales experience

  5. Extensive travel Availability

    3 Health Insurance or self funded group benefits experience

  6. Working knowledge of PPO networks

  7. Employee benefits sales expereices

    EDUCATION

    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    Compensation includes base salary plus commission.
