Aetna Manager - Provider Operations in Louisville, Kentucky

Responsible for increasing member and provider satisfaction, retention, and growth by efficiently delivering competitive services to providers through a fully-integrated organization staffed by knowledgeable, customer-focused professionals supported by exemplary technologies and processes.

Fundamental Components:

-Assesses individual and team performance on a regular basis and provide candid and timely developmental feedback; monitors training plans and ensure training needs are met

-Develops, monitors and reviews performance reports and service performance trends for accountable workflows against the plan and recommends specific actions or remedies as necessary

-Understands how to manage inventory, develop and implement processes, and create effective quality monitoring programs.

-Professional presence when speaking with leaders


5+ years experience in managing high volume transaction processing, financial management, project delivery, production, systems analysis and application program development.

Healthcare experience

Process Development

Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change, resulting in quantifiable business impacts

Project Management experience preferred


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
