POSITION SUMMARY

Primary responsibility is to outreach members to assist with scheduling in-home health risk assessment and to providers to opt in for electronic medical record sharing programs.

Fundamental Components:

Candidate will work in a call center environment 100% of time handling both inbound and outbound calls.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Experience in a production environment.

Customer Service experiences in a transaction based environment such as a call center or retail or in a medical environment.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Customer Service/Associate Customer Service Specialist is desired

Medical/Certified Medical Technician is desired

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCES

Functional - Customer Service/Customer service - transaction based environment/1-3 Years

REQUIRED SKILLS
