Aetna Customer Service Representative in Moon township, Pennsylvania

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Representative in our Commercial Risk Outreach call center, you will be providing support for inbound calls from members and providers and making outbound calls to member and providers for scheduling in home health assessment and electronic medical record sharing. This is an in-office position in our Moon, PA office.

Fundamental Components of the Customer Service Representative role include, but are not limited to:

  • Call center environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • 1-3+ years of Customer Service experience in a transaction based environment such as a call center or retail location required.

  • Direct experience in a Call Center production environment preferred.

  • Professional background in the healthcare/medical setting preferred.

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
