POSITION SUMMARY

Manage and maximize service and retention efforts for customers through the development of a strong relationship and execution of seamless product administration and service delivery.

Fundamental Components include, but is not limited to:

  • Create collaborative partnerships with customers to develop a comprehensive growth strategy that is aligned with customer's objectives, financial position and employee benefit strategy.

  • Proactively identify potential service issues and take steps to resolve those service issues that arise.

  • Develop and manage service plans in the most proactive and strategic manner possible,.

  • Find new and innovative ways to show customers the value of the product and service they have purchased.

  • Educate customers on Aetna specific policies, product information and procedures as well as industry issues (e.g. HIPPA, health disparities).

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • 3+ years account management or industry experience; Required

  • Knowledge of Aetna systems and processes (AHIA, Navigator, Sales Force); Plus

  • State Life and Health Insurance License; Required

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Insurance/Insurance License is required
