As a RX Associate Account Manager (Pharmacy Audit Technician), your primary responsibility would be supporting the Formulary Alternative Outreach Program for Medicare Part D. In addition to this, you will also support the operations of the Retro DUR (Drug Utilization Review) Clinical Pharmacy staff. This will include outreach calls/faxes, managing day to day processes, analyzing data and organizing and documenting all relevant interactions.

Fundamental Components:

Provide support to the Medicare Part D Drug Utilization Review Department whose primary focus is the development and management of clinical programs for improving health outcomes and identifying overutilization issues. Responsible for supporting the clinical programs surrounding medication usage, drug adherence and overutilization. Activities will include providing outreach calls to providers and members, analyzing data, and managing medication alert letters and faxes.


Previous experience communicating with staff, providers and patients about medication data Pharmacy Technician License/Certification (Required)3-5+ years of Pharmacy experienceExcellent organizational skills Excellent documentation skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Microsoft Access preferred


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.
