Aetna s Marketing Technology (MarTech) new Solutions Adoption program combines implementation and onboarding of digital marketing technologies and/or new solutions in close collaboration with the lines of businesses (LOB). The team is responsible for managing the execution of Adoption projects including delivering LOB (client) presentations, guiding clients through digital asset development (product suite, and platform ecosystem), developing strategic recommendation to clients regarding digital need assessment and marketing technology opportunities to achieve higher member engagement, retention, and satisfaction. The team will work closely with MarTech s peer teams (Strategy and Planning, Solutions Foundry, Tech Architecture) as well as Branding, Commercial and Government Marketing, Member Engagement, Sales, Legal and Compliance, and the Lines of Businesses. POSITION SUMMARY

Partners with partners with Marketing Leads with target Lines of Business (LOBs) to understand opportunities to apply existing and new technologies to solve for digital needs. Educates on available technologies through road shows, lunch and learns, 1-1 discussions. Consults on solutions to address needs either leveraging existing technology or defining additional needs in partnership with the Strategy and Governance team. As part of a project team, is responsible for configuration and customization of technology solutions to meet the needs of the individual line of business, managing the adoption assets, and aiding in reporting on adoption metrics. Also responsible for partnering with the on-boarding training specialist for the development of training materials to support onboarding success.Works in close partnership with the Solution Adoption Program Manager and the on-boarding training specialist. Partners with Technology Architecture to accomplish goal.Fundamental Components: - Engage in specific adoption projects acting as SME consulting and developing requirements on varied technology applications in support of the project. Engage peers within the Technical Architecture team as necessary to supplement. - Partner with Marketing Leads to broadly educate on opportunities to apply existing technology opportunities to solve for digital needs, consult and influence (strategic influence)- Design and develop process improvements to achieve smooth adoption and scale.- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to refine program and improve customer outcomes.- Maintain Adoption assets and customer resources. BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired: - 3-5 years of experience using/supporting and implementing digital marketing technologies with key focus on the Saleforce Marketing Cloud, and the Adobe AEM and Analytics platforms. Experience with the Full spectrum of marketing technologies desired. - 3-5 years IT experience with particular focus on business facing implementation/rollout role- Solid experience in the industry with deep understanding of commercial and government businesses - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including listening and ability to explain complex ideas and technologies through- Willingness to work outside of defined job description to establish new process or find a solution to new problems- Ability to influence peers, leadership and lines of businesses (without having direct control)- Powerpoint and Word - Change Management familiarity desired- Lean Six Sigma a plus

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
