We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner for our New York, NY location, who will lead our effort to integrate Aetna Care Management applications with ActiveHealth's consumer facing Digital platforms. Successful candidate would lead an initiative to better connect coaches and clinicians with consumers and provide Aetna membership better access to Digital tools to help motivate and learn skill building techniques. We are looking for somebody who is passionate about building and managing digital engagement that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out, and optimize digital products that deliver the companys vision and strategy. The Digital Product Owner will be involved with significant collaboration across marketing research, clinical, product, third party development, internal IT and other stakeholders to define and build products from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on customer research and industry trends.

Fundamental Components:

The ideal candidate has experience creating digital applications for consumers, preferably with some knowledge of a highly regulated industry and the related implications. Essential Functions: Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources Drive product launches including working with marketing, account management, and other product management team members Develop and implement company-wide go-to-market plans, working with all departments to execute to agreed milestones.. Document customer, business, functional/development requirements, use cases, user personas, measurement plans, s as well as A/B and multivariate testing plans as they relate to feature roll-out. Participate in the creation of wireframes, user flows and user experience requirements. Ensure voice of the customer is deeply ingrained in all products by conducting all manner of customer research, including behavioral data analysis, surveys, focus groups, usability studies, conjoint analysis and beta programs where appropriate. Conduct competitive analysis and keep abreast of industry best practices as it might inform new product development and existing product evolution.

5+ years of related product management experience with large software development projects

1-3 years of agile experience


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
