POSITION SUMMARY

Sales representative, selling life, disability, dental and vision through insurance brokers and consultants. Sales rep will market through brokers to employers 100-5,000 lives.

Fundamental Components:

Sales for Life, Disability, Dental and Vision in the Boston market. Focus on groups from 100 to 5,000 lives. Develops and cultivates strong relationships with key constituents to maximize sales opportunities and achieve profitable growth. Ensures product, pricing and services meet client's needs while meeting Aetna revenue growth and profit objectives. Manages and builds producer relations as needed depending on book of business or market segment(s) being supported. Collaborates with internal partners and/or external constituents to uncover profitable growth and cross-sell opportunities within new or existing customers and to support post-sale activities. Coordinates presentations. Develops/maintains and communicates expertise on products, industry, and emerging marketplace trends. Make 15 broker calls per week.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

1-5+ years sales experience selling Life, Disability, Dental and Vision products.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Insurance/Life and Health Insurance License is desired

Insurance/Massachusetts License Registration is desired
