POSITION SUMMARY

Provides proactive account service management support for existing customers in assigned book of business.

This position is located in Omaha, NE, no telework available.

Fundamental Components:

Collaborates with assigned GI AE in the execution of customer service strategy and to achieve growth/retention objectives. Identifies customer specific service issues, identifies solutions and leads resolution of issues working with other areas to implement. Responds to customer requests around plan and benefits questions. Manages all account management administrative activities.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

3+ years of client service experience required

Experience in Group Insurance preferred

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
