POSITION SUMMARY

Supervise a team of associate account managers in the Omaha, NE office.

Fundamental Components:

Manages and develops a team of associate account managers to assist in retaining and profitability growing the business through all administrative functions. Develops and delivers strategic plan on resource utilization, timely issue resolution and superior service. Builds effective working relationships across all business functions and key external partners.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Management experience required, preferably at least 3 years.

Group Insurance experience required.

Bachelors degree preferred.

Proficient in Excel, Word. Strategic thinker, who embraces challenging situations.

Builds strong relationships internally and externally.

Analyzes data to derive observations, solutions and recommendations.

Strong personnel skills.

EDUCATION

The level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
