POSITION SUMMARY

Position supports department in enterprise, provider, broker, and member activities.

Fundamental Components:

Role reports to the General Manager of Medicare Product and supports the Operations, Sales, and Revenue teams. Role is very visible and responsible for supporting external engagement meetings with agents/brokers and members, in addition to facilitating internal meetings and employee engagement activities.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years administrative or technical support experience is required

  1. Detailed orientated

  2. Outgoing, engaging personality

  3. Excel, Access experience desired

    EDUCATION

    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

    LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

    Office Support/Business Office Administration is desired

    Functional - Administration / Operations/Telephone / Receptionist/1-3 Years

    Functional - Customer Service/Customer Service - Member Services - Traditional products/1-3 Years

    TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCES

    Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft Outlook/4-6 Years/Power User

    Technical - Desktop Tools/Microsoft PowerPoint/1-3 Years/End User

    Technical - Database/Microsoft Access/1-3 Years/Power User
