POSITION SUMMARY

Liaison between the BH MCO and the PH MCO attends external meetings related to BH MCO

Fundamental Components:

This Clinical Liaison supports all interactions between Behavioral Health and Physical Health MCO's. This person is instrumental in ensuring that there is a smooth flow of referrals and information between both entities.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker is required

Experience in handling mental health and psychiatric care, family situations, relationship concerns is required

5+ years experience in a clinical setting strongly preferred

Experience working with managed and non-managed health care benefits is a plus

Experience with third party relationships, including local community is preferred

Strong knowledge of available community resources is a plus

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Mental Health/Licensed Clinical Social Worker is required
