POSITION SUMMARY

Provides a wide variety of general administrative support for manager and department. Composes routine correspondence, compiles data for routine reports, file maintenance, answer telephones and coordinates calendar.

Fundamental Components:

Screens telephone calls, answers routine questions and furnishes information

Opens, sorts, distributes, scans, organizes, prioritizes and responds to mail; including research and data entry of address changes

Coordinates calendars; scheduling meetings, room reservations, hospitality arrangements

Operates and maintains various office equipment

Orders and maintains office supplies and equipment

Significant portion of duties may be in support of new hire onboarding, system access and set-up.

Organizes and maintains files of supervisor's correspondence, records etc. following up on pending matters

Produces a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using the appropriate software

May be a SARS Coordinator

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

1-3 years of administrative or technical support experience.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
