POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Implementation Specialist provides day-to-day administration of processes related to Meritain ITs onboarding of new clients, renewal of existing clients, and termination of clients. In this role, an employee works directly with various IT and Operations resources to understand the requirements new and renewal clients have, provide oversight and guidance on technical tickets to fulfil those requirements, produce reports, and provide continual service improvement.

Fundamental Components:

  • Direct oversight and administration of technical processes related to Meritain ITs onboarding of new clients, renewal of existing clients, and termination of clients.

  • Continually work to improve and expand upon existing IT processes.

  • Work with multiple IT and Operations teams to broaden your scope of knowledge of Meritain's systems and products.

  • Gather, analyze, and report on data relevant to new client implementations, renewals, and terminations.

  • Continually recommend ways upon which we can improve our expected turn around times, onboarding strategies, and overall delivery excellence.

    BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • 1+ years experience in computer operations, with a background in mainframe, midrange, and distributed computing environments is REQUIRED.

  • Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Knowledge of Rational Team Concert (RTC) requirement delivery system a plus.

    EDUCATION

    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

    LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

    Information Technology/Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is desired

    Information Technology/Microsoft Excel is desired

    Information Technology/Microsoft Office PowerPoint is desired
