*Note: This position requires evening hours from 6pm to 6am, Pacific time Monday through Wednesday with Thursday, Friday, Saturday off. Will be required to work every other Sunday 6pm to 6am. Work location is Phoenix, AZ. Telework is not available.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Network Operations Command Center (NOCC) monitor, manage and maintain a network of deployed Windows and Unix devices. Work with Windows/Unix Engineers to monitor and maintain the deployed devices.

Fundamental Components:

The Network Operations Command Center (NOCC) monitor, manage and maintain a network of deployed Windows and Unix devices. Work with Windows/Unix Engineers to monitor and maintain the deployed devices. As a valued member of the team, he/she will diagnose issues identified by server monitoring tools and determine actions required to resolve these issues. Work with various third parties (Engineers, System Architects, Infrastructure Vendors, Customers, and Developers) to achieve resolution on service-affecting issues. Individual will clearly and effectively document information in the Trouble Ticket system for communication to coworkers, other departments, and service providers. Systems will be managed to agreed-upon availability requirements including support of critical periods such as: Open Enrollment, Security Emergencies, etc.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Minimum 5 years of system engineering experience Prior experience working in a Data Center environment is desirable Windows Operating Systems Administrator experience preferred Computer Operations/System and Console Operations Administrator experience preferred Security/Active Directory Administrator experience preferred

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Information Technology/MCITP: Server Administrator is desired
