Aetna Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Management Consultant in Plantation, Florida

This is an office based role located in Plantation, FL

Hours: 7AM-4PM EST

This position will take inbound clinical calls and management consultations from the Home Depot. The position is designed to manage service requests and management consultations and case management for management referrals.

Fundamental Components:

This licensed mental health clinician will be taking inbound clinical calls and management consultations from managers at the Home Depot. They will also be required to case manage management referrals that come in from the Home Depot.


Must have active Mental Health License; 3 years of post licensure experience is required.

Excellent computer skills including MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.

Case Management experience preferred

Knowledge and / or experience in Employee Assistance Programs is a plus

1+ years of experience in a social services agency or substance abuse treatment program preferred

Crisis management experience and skills is preferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus


The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.


Customer Service experience is desired

Mental Health/Licensed Clinical Social Worker is desired

Mental Health/Marriage & Family Therapist is desired

Mental Health/Licensed Psychologist is desired
