POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for directing all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation. Partners with all key internal and external stakeholders (i.e., sales/service staff, consultants, plan sponsors, and other internal business units) to proactively identify and address critical implementation issues ensuring customer expectations are consistently satisfied or exceeded.

Fundamental Components:

  • Lead cross functional team to implement customers group insurance programs

  • Responsible for directing all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation

  • Partners with all key internal and external stakeholders (i.e., sales/service staff, consultants, plan sponsors, and other internal business units)

  • Proactively identify and address critical implementation issues ensuring customer expectations are consistently satisfied or exceeded

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects

  • Ability to communicate appropriately, clearly and professionally based on audience

    BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

  • 1 - 3 years of Life insurance or Disability Insurance experience

  • Customer service experience including client and consultant contact

  • Project management experience

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio experience preferred

    EDUCATION

    The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

    LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

    Project Management/Project Management Professional (PMP) is desired
