POSITION SUMMARY

  • Consult with customer managers/HR regarding employees with personal/professional issues.

  • Follow employees through mandated treatment and report back to the workplace.

    Fundamental components include, but are not limited to:

  • Consult with customer managers/HR regarding employees with personal/professional issues.

  • Do phone risk assessment of employee.

  • Place employee in EAP/BH treatment.

  • Follow for compliance as appropriate.

    Qualification Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a social or human services required.

  • Clinical crisis management experience and skills required.

  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook required.

  • Chemical dependency treatment experience strongly preferred.

    At least 1 of the following is required:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor

  • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)

  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge and /or experience in Employee Assistance Programs

  • Experience working with diverse populations

  • Experience working with management and human resource professionals

    Education

    The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.

    Licenses and Certifications:

    At least 1 of the following is required:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor

  • Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW)

  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
