POSITION SUMMARY

Handles customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence. The position helps to provide member satisfaction, and providers through a fully-integrated organization staffed by knowledgeable, customer focused representatives.

This position offers a multidisciplinary team environment working with mental health clinicians and customer service representatives while servicing Aetna members.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

2-3 years customer service experience; Required

1-3 years of behavioral health experience working with mental health population; Preference

Ability to manage multiple tasks, Required

Excellent computer skills; Required

EDUCATION

The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.

Customer Service/Associate Customer Service Specialist is desired
