Supervisor is responsible for health care management staff including the organization and development of high performing staff.Serves as content model expert and mentor to the team regarding practice standards, quality of interventions, problem resolution and critical thinking.

3+ years experience working in behavioral health, with preference for experience working in acute care setting and UM background.

Supervisory, team lead or some background in leadership is a plus.

Ability to work with people in such a manner as to build high morale and group commitment to goals and objectives.

Advanced computer literacy is a plus


The minimum level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.


Mental Health/Licensed Clinical Social Worker is required


Mental Health/Licensed Professional Counselor is required


Mental Health/Licensed Mental Health Counseler is required
